By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Haas Automation are superseded and are of no force or effect.

Media (Image) Usage and Copyright

All media (images) contained within this web/ftp site are approved for use by authorized Haas distributors to promote Haas Automation, and Haas products only. These sites and media (images) © 2007 by Haas Automation Use of Haas Automation media (images) by other than an authorized Haas distributor is strictly prohibited without prior authorization. Written requests for the use of Haas Automation media (images) must be faxed to 01603 760542. Please include a black and white representation of the Haas Automation media (images) that you are requesting, or list the Haas Automation media (images) by name. You must describe the intended use for the Haas Automation media (images) and include the name of the responsible party.

Haas Automation neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Haas Automation.

2. While Haas Automation uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, Haas Automation makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Haas Automation assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

3. Your use and browsing of the Site is at your risk. Neither Haas Automation nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. 6. Unless otherwise noted, the trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are registered Trademarks of Haas Automation. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Haas Automation or such third party that may own any Trademarks displayed on the Site. Although Haas Automation may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletins boards, and the like that may appear on the Site, Haas Automation is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy in any information contained within such locations on the Site.
