The ST-20Y Y-axis CNC Lathe has a max capacity of 298 x 572 mm, 63.5 mm bar, 533 mm swing, ±50.8 mm Y-axis travel, 20 hp vector drive, 4,000 rpm, A2-6 spindle, 210 mm chuck, and a 12-station BMT-65 turret. A standard toolholder kit and high-torque live tooling with C-axis are included. The machine also has a 15″ colour LCD monitor, memory lock keyswitch, spindle orientation, USB port, and rigid tapping.
The improved ST-20/25 series turning centres have increased Z-axis travel, increased rigidity, together with a smaller footprint. Standard features include an auto door, and options include a dual-stage parts catcher, finishing sub-spindle, and for added convenience, an Automatic Parts Loader (APL).
