The Haas Automatic Parts Loader is a simple and affordable way to automate part production and boost productivity on Haas CNC turning centres. It is designed and built exclusively for use on Haas turning centres, and connects directly to the Haas control.
CNC Lathe, 13″ x 22.5″ (330 x 572 mm) max capacity, 3.0″ (76 mm) bar, 21″ (533 mm) swing, 30 hp (22.4 kW) vector drive, 3400 rpm, A2-6 spindle, 10″ (254 mm) chuck, 12-station bolt-on turret, 15″ colour LCD monitor, memory lock keyswitch, USB port and rigid tapping. Standard toolholder kit included with BOT or Hybrid turret.

The redesigned lathes feature more Z-axis travel plus an increased wedge angle for more rigidity and better chip evacuation. Additionally, they have completely new castings for an 11% smaller footprint. The new machines come standard with an auto door. Furthermore, the lathes are available with a dual-stage parts catcher, finishing sub-spindle, and our new Automatic Parts Loader (APL).
